Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set a new password.

Can I use RepTribe offline?

Yes. All workout data is stored locally on your device. You can log workouts without an internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when you're back online.

How do I connect with a training partner?

Open the Social tab, tap the QR code icon, and scan your partner's code — or have them scan yours. You'll be connected instantly.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm with your password. All personal data is permanently erased and workout history is anonymized.

How do I import workouts from another app?

Go to Settings > Import Workouts. RepTribe supports Strong app CSV format. You can also import full backups from .tribe files.
